Tara Gomes has earned a solid reputation in the search industry for delivering superior service to both top businesses and the many professionals who seek her guidance and expertise.  Rather than focusing on the quantity of placements or the "numbers game", as do most larger recruiting firms, Tara believes what is most important is identifying the most qualified talent and providing a best in class experience.  She has cultivated strong relationships with prominent businesses throughout California, as she is known by many for her meticulous screening techniques, match-making skills between employer and candidates, and eye for talent.  Her interest and enthusiasm for the search industry arose from her desire to help individuals find professional success, and to provide employers with a competitive advantage by identifying and placing top talent.

 

Tara's career in the search industry began as an Account Executive at a leading recruiting firm in Los Angeles.  She collaborated with esteemed corporate clients, placing administrative professionals at all levels, among various industries. Tara also worked as a Consultant at a top legal placement firm in Los Angeles, where she successfully placed legal professionals in prestigious, global law firms.  After years in the search industry and fostering relationships with top businesses and professionals throughout Greater Los Angeles, Tara identified an opportunity to create a boutique style search firm that offered similar services, but with more of a personal touch.  Despite an economic recession which significantly impacted the search industry and closed many agencies, Tara and Epic Talent Partners persevered.  After a relocation to Northern California in 2012, Tara introduced Epic Talent Partners to a new market that expanded her client portfolio.  She also joined a prominent financial firm as the Director of Talent Acquisition and successfully grew the business by hundreds of employees across three states.  Today, Epic Talent Partners continues as a leader in the industry, now with a broader scope of clients in Sacramento, San Francisco and Bay Area, Orange County,  San Diego, and Los Angeles.  Clients return to Tara, again and again for her sound judgment, and most importantly, her continued success with lasting placements.
